“In meditation, one encounters a vast array of thoughts, feelings and sensations. The tendency is to identify with that which is comfortable and reject what is uncomfortable. Voice Dialogue is a skillful tool for dissolving these polarities, and helping to reveal one's inherent all-inclusive spaciousness. Martha-Lou's warmth, breadth, and many years as a Zen practitioner, and Voice Dialogue facilitator, give her a unique ability to assist others in uncovering their innate wholeness. ”

"We marvel at Martha-Lou's ability to put our themes into relevant perspective for us. With her we become aware of the shifts in our ways of connecting. This brings to the surface what's going on unconsicously. Tension is relieved and our relationship is becoming more rich and meaningful."
